Signing into your Library

To access your 'Library' and your purchased products you need to sign into your account.
From our main website - http://helpingreachpotential.co.uk click on 'Library' from the main header to access the 'Sign in' screen.

Sign in with the email address you registered with and your password.
It's useful to check the 'Remember Me' box for next time you log in
Also we advise adding the 'Sign in' screen to your favourites for easy and speedy access to your library.
Once logged in you will see the courses and products you have purchased listed in your library

How to Reset Your Password

Click on 'Forgot Password' at the bottom of the 'Sign in' screen
From the 'Recover Password' screen enter the email address that you used to register on the Learning Platform > Click on the 'Send Recovery Info' button

A password recovery email will be sent to the registered email address
Click on the password reset link in the email received to access the 'Create new password' screen
Enter you new password, confirm it and click submit
The password reset link will expire after 6 hours
Passwords must be 8 characters long

Your User Account Information

To access your user account information first log into your 'Library'
Click on your 'avatar' picture to reveal the user menu
Click on 'Settings'

Profile Settings

In profile settings you will see the full name you registered with
Your registered email address
You can select the relevant Time Zone from the drop down options
Update your contact preferences
Update your Avatar Picture i.e. the picture that shows when you log into your 'library'

Social Profile

Social Profile - don't worry about filling in this section. If you need to fill this in HRP Ltd will let you know directly.

Password

You can change your password from here any time you want or need to.

Purchase History

Lastly you can see your purchase history. This shows which products you have been granted access to and when, the price paid where relevant, or if the product was granted via a voucher code, or complimentary offer.

How to add your Avatar Picture

Log into your 'Library' and click on the avatar picture in the header menu to reveal the user menu
Click on 'Settings'
In the Profile Settings section of your user account info click on 'Change Avatar'

Choose the location where your picture is saved on your computer from the list available
Click on the blue button - 'Choose File'
Navigate to the picture you want to choose and select it
Use the dotted lined grid to select the area you want to use for your photo
Click 'Save'
Your profile (avatar) picture will now be visible on your account
